Ang Dushanbe (Tajik: Душанбе, IPA[duʃæmˈbe]; nangangahulugang Lunes sa Persyano[1][2][3][4], Ruso: Душанбе) ay ang kabisera at ang pinakamalaking lungsod ng Tajikistan. Pinangalan ang lungsod sa ganitong paraan dahil lumaki ito mula sa isang nayon na may isang sikat na palengke tuwing Lunes noong una. Noong 2016, may populasyon ang Dushanbe ng 802,700.

Isang maliit na nayon sa kasaysayan, ginawang kabisera ang Dushanbe ng Awtonomong Republikang Sosyalistang Sobyet ng Tajik noong 1924. Hanggang 1929, nakilala ang lungsod sa Ruso bilang Dyushambe (Ruso: Дюшамбе, Dyushambe), at mula 1929 hanggang 1961 bilang Stalinabad (Tajik: Сталинобод, Stalinobod), na ipinangalan kay Joseph Stalin.
