Ang DYMR (576 AM) Radyo Pilipinas ay isang himpilan ng radyo na pagmamay-ari at pinamamahalaan ng Presidential Broadcast Service. Ang estudyo nito ay matatagpuan sa loob ng Cebu Technological University campus, MJ Cuenco Ave. cor. R. Palma, St. Lungsod ng Cebu, at ang transmiter nito ay matatagpuan sa Brgy. Perrelos, Carcar.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Kasaysayan

Itinatag ang himpilang ito noong 1965 bilang DYBC-AM sa pag-aari ng Alto Broadcasting System (ngayon ay ABS-CBN Corporation). Nasa 570 kHz ang talapihitan nito noong panahong yan.[7]

Noong Setyembre 21, 1972, nawala ito sa ere nung naideklara ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos ang Batas Militar. Makalipas ng isang taon, binili ito ng Banahaw Broadcasting Corporation. Bumalik ito sa ere sa ilalim ng call letters DYDY at talapihitan ng 1410 kHz.[8]

Noong Nobyembre 1978, lumipat ang talapihitang ito sa 576 kHz. Noong 1986, inilipat ang himpilang ito sa pag-aari ng Philippine Broadcasting Service at pinalitan ito ng call letters sa kasalukuyang DYMR.
