Ang DYEM (96.7 FM), sumasahimpapawid bilang 96.7 Bai Radio, ay isang himpilan ng radyo sa Pilipinas na pag-aari at pinamamahalaan ng Negros Broadcasting & Publishing Corporation na nagmamay-ari din ng The Negros Chronicle, ang pinakamatagal na lingguhang pahayagan sa lungsod at lalawigan ng Negros Oriental . Ang estudyo at transmiter nito ay matatagpuan sa 106 EJ Blanco Dr., Brgy. Piapi, Dumaguete.[2]

Kasaysayan

Itinatag ang DYEM noong Marso 26, 1980. Ito ang kauna-unahang himpilan sa FM sa lalawigan ng Negros Oriental.[2]

Noong dekada 90, kilala ito bilang Love Radio na may soft adult contemporary na format.

Noong 2000, kinuha ng Ultrasonic Broadcasting System ang mga operasyon ng himpilang ito na muling binansagan bilang Energy FM . Noong 2010, naging Star Energy FM ito.[3]

Noong Nobyembre 24, 2013, muli ito inilunsad bilang Bai Radio upang maiwasan ang pagkalito sa DYMD, na binili ng UBSI noong nakaraang buwan at muling inilunsad bilang Energy FM.[4]

Mga Pangyayari

Noong Nobyembre 7, 2019, binaril ang brodkaster na si Dindo Generoso habang papunta siya sa isang programa sa radyo na "Konsencia sa Provincia". Siya ay matagal nang block timer ng mga lokal na pulitiko. Siya rin ay tagapagsalita ng alkalde ng Dumaguete na si Felipe Antonio Ipe Remollo. [5]
