Sagkahan, Tacloban, at ang transmiter nito ay matatagpuan sa Remedios Trinidad Romualdez Hospital Compound, Brgy. Calanipawan, Tacloban.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Noong Mayo 6, 2024, magsisimulang i-simulcast ang TV Patrol sa mga piling himpilan ng FMR sa buong bansa.[7][8][9][10]
