Ang DXPH (98.9 FM), sumasahimpapawid bilang 98.9 Mystical FM, ay isang himpilan ng radyo na pagmamay-ari at pinamamahalaan ng Pamahalaan ng Kapuluang Dinagat sa pamamagitan ng Provincial Information Office nito. Ang estudyo at transmiter nito ay matatagpuan sa Annex Bldg., Provincial Capitol, Brgy. Cuarenta, San Jose, Dinagat Islands. Ito ay nagsisilbing himpilang pangkomunidad ng Kapuluang Dinagat.[1][2][3]
