Ang DIIV ay isang Amerikanong rock band mula sa Brooklyn, New York City, na nabuo noong 2011. Ang banda ay binubuo ng Zachary Cole Smith (mga boses, gitara), Andrew Bailey (gitara), Colin Caulfield (bass, keyboard, gitara, boses) at Ben Newman (mga tambol).

Sa una ay tinawag na Dive, nagsimula ang banda bilang solo recording project ni Smith. Matapos mailabas ang tatlong sensilyo - "Sometime", "Human" at "Geist" - on Captured Tracks, inilabas ng DIIV ang debut studio album nito, Oshin, noong 26 Hunyo 2012.

Noong 2016, pinakawalan ng banda ang pangalawang album ng studio nito, ang Is the Is Are, pagkatapos ng isang napakahabang at nababagabag na gestation period.[1]
