Ang ChEMBL o ChEMBLdb ay isang kemikal na database ng mga molecule na bioactibo na may katulad na epekto ng mga gamot.[1] Ito ay pinangangasiwaan ng European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI), na bahagi ng European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), na nakabase sa Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, UK.
Nagawa ang database, na dating kilala bilang StARlite, ng isang kompanya ng bioteknolohiya na Inpharmatica Ltd. na kalaunan ay binili ng Galapagos NV. Naibenta naman ang data para sa EMBL noong 2008 na may gantimpala mula sa Wellcome Trust, na nagresulta sa pagkabuo ng pangkat chemogenomic ng ChEMBL sa EMBL-EBI, na pinangungunahan ni John Overington.[2][3]
