Carnotaurus ay isang genus ng malaking theropod na dinosauro na nanirahan sa Timog Amerika noong panahon ng Late Cretaceous, sa pagitan ng mga 72 at 69.9 milyong taon na ang nakalilipas. Ang tanging sarihay ay Carnotaurus sastrei. Kilalang mula sa isang solong balangkas na pinananatili nang mahusay, ito ay isa sa mga pinakamahusay na naiintindihan na mga theropod mula sa Pangtimog na Hemispero. Ang balangkas, na natagpuan noong 1984, ay natuklasan sa Probinsya ng Chubut sa Argentina mula sa mga bato ng La Colonia Formation. Mula sa Latin caro [karnis] ("laman") at taurus ("toro"), ang pangalang Carnotaurus ay nangangahulugang "toro na kumakain ng karne", isang parunggit sa mga sungay na tulad ng toro.
