Bugnoy
Ang bugnóy[1] ay isang paraan ng paghanda ng kanin sa timog-silangang Asya, kung saan ang kanin ay binabalot sa palaspas at sinasaing.

May iba't ibang katawagan ang bugnoy sa Pilipinas. Sa Pampanga tinatawag itong patupat, sa Cebu pusô,[1] at sa Sulu ta-mu.[2] Sa wikang Malay/Indones naman, itinatawag itong ketupat.
