Ang bosyo o buklaw[1] ay ang paglaki ng leeg na sanhi ng pamamaga ng glandulang tayroyd. Dulot ng pagkakaroon ng kakulangan sa sustansiyang yodo o iodino ang pamumukol ng glandulang tayroyd.[2] Sa Inglatera, tanyag na katawagan para sa bosyo ang leeg-Derbyshire o Derbyshire neck sa Ingles dahil may mga pook sa Inglaterang dating nagkaroon ng maraming mga kaso at anyo ng bosyo, partikular na ang naganap sa Derbyshire, Inglatera.[3]
