Ang blue balls (literal na "bughaw na mga bola" ngunit may diwang "asul na mga bayag") ay ang salitang-lansangan o slang term[1] para sa kalagayan ng pansamantalang pagkapuno (congestion) ng pluwido (vasocongestion) sa loob ng mga testikulo o itlog ng bayag na may kasamang pananakit na testikular (kirot sa itlog ng bayag),[2] na sanhi ng tumagal at hindi kasiya-siya o hindi natugunang pagkapukaw na seksuwal ng isang lalaking tao.[3] Ang kataga ay iniisip na nagmula sa Estados Unidos, na unang lumitaw noong 1916.[4] Ilan sa mga urologo ang tumawag sa katayuan bilang "epididymal hypertension". Ang kalagayang ito ay hindi nararanasan ng lahat ng mga lalaki.[5]
