Ang Balocco ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Vercelli, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Turin at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng Vercelli. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 273 at may lawak na 16.7 kilometro kuwadrado (6.4 mi kuw).[3] Ito ang tahanan ng Circuito di Balocco road-testing na karerahan.
May hangganan ang Balocco sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Buronzo, Carisio, Formigliana, San Giacomo Vercellese, at Villarboit.
