Ang obaryo o bahay-itlog[1] ay isa sa mga organong pangreproduksiyon ng organismong babae. Sa tao at iba pang mga vertebrata, matatagpuan ito sa mag-kabilang dulo ng mga tubong fallopian. Sa kanila nagmumula ang itlog o ovum. Karaniwan ito makikitang magkaparis sa mga sistemang reproduktibo ng mga kababaihang vertebrata. Ito ang katumbas ng mga testes ng mga lalaki. Kapwa tinatawag na mga gonad ang obaryo ng mga babae at ang mga testes ng mga lalaki.

May tinatawag din na mga obaryo sa mga halaman.
