Ang mga badyer o tehon (Ingles: badger, brock; Kastila: tejón) ay mga karniborong hayop na may maiiksing mga hita at mabibigat na mga pangangatawan na nasa pamilya ng mga wisel na Mustelidae. Mayroong nasa walong mga uri ng badyer sa loob ng tatlong kabahaging mga pamilya (subpamilya): ang Melinae (mga badyer ng Europa at Asya, ang tehong eurasyatiko o tehong europeo , Meles meles), ang Mellivorinae (ang ratel o badyer ng pulot-pukyutan), at ang Taxideinae (ang Amerikanong badyer o Amerikanong tehon). Dating kabilang ang Asyatikong mabahong badyer (Mabahong badyer ng Haba) sa Melinae at Mustelidae, ngunit may kamakailang ebidensiyang henetikong nagpapahiwatig na talagang mas malapit na kamag-anak sila ng mga iskangk, na malimit ngayong isama sa kanila sa kahiwalay na pamilyang Mephitidae.
