Si Ascanio o Ascanius ( /əˈskniəs/ ;Sinaunang Griyego: Ἀσκάνιος) (sinasabing namuno 1176-1138 BK)[1] ay isang maalamat na hari ng Alba Longa at anak siya ng Troyanong bayani na sina Aineias at Creusa, anak na babae ni Priam. Siya ay isang tauhan sa mitolohiyang Romano, at may isang banal na angkan, bilang anak ni Aineias, na anak ng diyosang si Venus at sa bayani na si Anchises, isang kamag-anak ng haring Priam; kaya si Ascanius ay may mga banal na pinagmulan mula sa parehong magulang, na mga inapo ng diyos na si Jupiter at Dardanus. Siya rin ay ninuno ni Romulus, Remus at ng Gens Julia.
