Ang Alcatel ay isang brand ng telepono at cellphone na pag-aari ng Chinese electronics company na TCl Corporation. Ito ay nagsimula noong 2004 sa pagtutulungan ng Alcatel-Lucent (45%) at TCL (55%).[1] Noong 20015, nabili ng TCL at 45% na hati ng Alcatel-Lucent. Simula noon, sila na ang nag-iisang nagmamay-ari ng Alcatel na napabiliang sa grupo ng mga subdiary ng TCL.
Ang TCL Corporation (formerly: T&A Mobile Phone limited) ay kasapi ng TCL Communication na nakalista sa Hongkong Stock Exchange (HKSE: 2618) na sinimulan noong 2014 ng TCL Communication at Atlcatel.
