โรเบิร์ต นอร์ตัน นอยซ์ (อังกฤษ: Robert Norton Noyce), 12 ธันวาคม ค.ศ. 1927 - 3 มิถุนายน ค.ศ. 1990) เจ้าของฉายา "นายกเทศมนตรีแห่งซิลิกอนวัลเลย์" เป็นผู้ร่วมก่อตั้งบริษัทแฟร์ไชลด์เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ใน ค.ศ. 1957 และบริษัทอินเทลใน ค.ศ. 1968 เขาได้ชื่อว่าเป็นผู้ประดิษฐ์แผงวงจรรวมหรือไมโครชิปร่วมกับแจ็ก คิลบี ซึ่งนำไปสู่การปฏิวัติคอมพิวเตอร์ส่วนบุคคล และเป็นที่มาของชื่อซิลิกอนวัลเลย์^[1] นอยซ์ยังเป็นที่ปรึกษาและเปรียบเสมือนบิดาของผู้ประกอบการทั้งรุ่น
