สายอีสต์ลอนดอน (อังกฤษ: East London line) ในอดีตเคยเป็นสายหนึ่งใน 12 สายของรถไฟใต้ดินลอนดอน ซึ่งมีสีส้มในแผนที่ มันวิ่งผ่านจากเหนือจรดใต้ผ่านอีสต์เอนด์ และ บริเวณด็อคแลนด์ส ทั้งหมดใน เขต 2 แต่แล้วก็ปิดให้บริการลงในวันที่ 22 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2550[5] สำหรับงานก่อสร้างและรถเมล์ให้บริการแทนชั่วคราว

สายอีสต์ลอนดอนกำลังถูกขยายและเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับการใช้งานในฐานะ อีสต์ลอนดอนเรลเวย์ (อังกฤษ: East London Railway) และจากปี พ.ศ. 2553 จะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเครือข่ายรถไฟเหนือดินลอนดอนขององค์การคมนาคมสำหรับลอนดอน อังกฤษ: Transport for London/TfL) สายนี้จะเปลี่ยนจากสายสั้น ๆ เป็นเส้นทางสำคัญในการคมนาคม เนื่องจากสายจะถูกเปลี่ยนเป็นรถไฟที่เชื่อมต่อชานเมืองลอนดอน
