รอยเว้าเซมิลูนาร์ หรือ รอยเว้าโทรเคลียร์ (อังกฤษ: Semilunar notch, Trochlear notch, Greater sigmoid cavity; ละติน: incisura semilunaris) เป็นรอยเว้าขนาดใหญ่บนกระดูกอัลนา เกิดจากโอเลครานอน โพรเซส (olecranon) และโคโรนอยด์ โพรเซส (coronoid process) และทำหน้าที่เป็นบริเวณรองรับกับโทรเคลียร์ (trochlea) ของปลายกระดูกต้นแขน

ประมาณตรงกลางของรอยเว้านี้เป็นรอยขรุขระแบบฟันเลื่อยซึ่งเป็นบริเวณรอยต่อของโอเลครานอนและโคโรนอยด์ โพรเซส

รอยเว้านี้เว้าในแนวบนลงล่าง และแบ่งออกเป็นส่วนใกล้กลางและส่วนด้านข้างโดยสันตื้นซึ่งวิ่งจากยอดของโอเลครานอนไปยังยอดของโคโรนอยด์ โพรเซส โดยส่วนใกล้กลางจะมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าและค่อนข้างเว้าในแนวขวาง และส่วนด้านข้างจะนูนในด้านบนและค่อนข้างเว้าในด้านล่าง
