มะกเว[1] (พม่า: မကွေး) เป็นเมืองหลักของภาคมะกเว ประเทศพม่า และตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำอิรวดี มีเจดีย์เมียตะลูนซึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางเหนือของเมืองเป็นที่หมายเด่นสำคัญ ภาคมะกเวมีชื่อเสียงจากการเพาะปลูกงาและถั่วมากมายหลายชนิด นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นเมืองใหญ่ที่สุดอันดับ 2 ของภาคมะกเว และมีท่าอากาศยานมะกเวรองรับ
