ภาษาเบ หรือ ภาษาอังเบ (การออกเสียงตามเจ้าของภาษา: [ʔɑŋ˧ɓe˧]) หรือในประเทศจีนเรียกว่า ภาษาหลินเกา (จีน: 臨高; พินอิน: Lín'gāo) เป็นภาษาที่มีผู้พูด 600,000 คน และ 100,000 คนในจำนวนนั้นพูดภาษานี้ได้ภาษาเดียว มีการพูดบนชายฝั่งทางตอนกลางเหนือของเกาะไหหลำ รวมถึงในเขตชานเมืองของไหโข่ว เมืองเอกของเกาะ

ผู้พูดภาษานี้มักเรียกตัวเองว่าอังโว ([ʔaŋ˧vo˧]) โดย [ʔaŋ˧] เป็นหน่วยคำเติมหน้าสำหรับบุคคล และ [vo˧] หมายถึงหมู่บ้าน (Liang 1997:1)

แฮนเซลล์ (1988) คาดว่าภาษานี้เป็นกลุ่มภาษาพี่น้องของกลุ่มภาษาไท เนื่องจากคำศัพท์คล้ายกัน และเสนอกลุ่มภาษาเบ–ไท[2]
