การ์โลวีวารี (เช็ก: Karlovy Vary) หรือ คาลส์บาท (เยอรมัน: Karlsbad) เป็นเมืองสปาแห่งหนึ่งทางภาคตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศเช็กเกีย และเป็นเมืองหลักของแคว้นการ์โลวีวารี ตั้งอยู่บริเวณจุดบรรจบระหว่างแม่น้ำโอห์แฌกับแม่น้ำแตปลา ห่างจากกรุงปรากไปทางทิศตะวันตกประมาณ 106 กิโลเมตร ใน ค.ศ. 2024 การ์โลวีวารีมีประชากร 49,353 คน
