โรคท่อเลือดแดงโป่งพอง (อังกฤษ: Aortic aneurysm) เป็นภาวะที่หลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่เอออร์ตาโป่งพองหรือขยายขนาดมากกว่า 1.5 เท่าของปกติ[1] มักเกิดจากผนังหลอดเลือดเอออร์ตาบริเวณนั้นบอบบาง เมื่อหลอดเลือดโป่งพองเกิดขึ้นอาจมีอาการรู้สึกปวดหรือไม่สบายท้องหรือหน้าอก มีก้อนเต้นที่ท้อง หากหลอดเลือดบริเวณที่โป่งพองนี้แตกออกทำให้มีการปวดอย่างรุนแรง เลือดออกภายในอย่างรุนแรง และหากไม่ได้รับการรักษาอย่างทันทีจะเสียชีวิตได้
