Martin Plüss, född 5 april 1977 i Murgenthal, Schweiz, är en schweizisk professionell ishockeyspelare (forward) som spelar för SC Bern i den schweiziska högstaligan NLA.[3]

Plüss inledde sin aktiva hockeykarriär i Kloten Flyers. Inför säsongen 2004/2005 skrev han kontrakt med svenska elitserielaget Frölunda HC, med vilka han vann ett SM-guld och ett silver. Han spelade sammanlagt fyra säsonger i Frölunda och svarade för 136 poäng på 195 spelade matcher. Han återvände till den schweiziska hockeyligan säsongen 2008/2009 efter att ha skrivit på ett treårskontrakt med SC Bern. Han har skördat stora framgångar i den schweiziska högstaligan NLA. Plüss är fyrfaldig schweizisk NLA-mästare. Under slutspelet 2012/2013 gjorde han flest mål av alla spelare i NLA.

Han har även representerat det schweiziska hockeylandslaget vid ett flertal tillfällen.
