Dave Louis Bartholomew, född 24 december 1918[7] i Edgard i Louisiana, död 23 juni 2019[8] i Metairie i Louisiana, var en amerikansk låtskrivare, arrangör, musiker och producent som framförallt varit profilerad inom New Orleans musikscen. Bartholomews största framgångar fick han med de låtar han skrev för och med Fats Domino under 1950-talet. Bland hans kompositioner kan nämnas "Ain't That a Shame", "Blue Monday", "I Hear You Knocking", "My Ding-A-Ling", och "One Night". Han har även producerat musik för artister som Lloyd Price, T-Bone Walker, Roy Brown och Earl King.

1991 valdes han in i Rock and Roll Hall of Fame i kategorin "non-performers".[9]
