Dan-Eric Nilsson, född 1954, är en svensk zoolog. Han disputerade 1983 vid Lunds universitet[4] där han senare blivit professor i zoologi (funktionell morfologi). Han invaldes 2002 som ledamot av Vetenskapsakademien.
