Aloe pronkii[1] är en grästrädsväxtart som beskrevs av Lavranos, Rakouth och T.A.Mccoy. Aloe pronkii ingår i släktet Aloe och familjen grästrädsväxter.[2][3] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[2]
