Стефанија (грч. Στεφάνια) је насељено место у општини Лагадина у периферији Средишња Македонија, Грчка. Према попису из 2021. године било је 43 становника.[1]

Према бугарском географу и историчару, Василу Канчову, у Стефанији је 1900. године живело 750 Турака.[2] Године 1924. турско становништво је принудно исељено у Турску а на њихово место су насељене грчке избеглице. На попису из 1928. године Стефалија је имала 238 становника. Село се раније звало Стафолија.[3]
