Kameliolna C sintaza (EC 5.4.99.38, CAMS1, LUP3 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen mutaza (ciklizacija, formira kameliol-C).^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(3S)-2,3-epoksi-2,3-dihidroskvalen ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ kameliol C

Produkt je 97% kameliola, 2% ahileola A i 0.2% beta-amirina.
