3-hidroksiantranilat 4-C-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.97, 3-hidroksiantranilatna 4-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:3-hidroksiantranilat 4-C-metiltransferaza.^[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozil-L-metionin + 3-hidroksiantranilat ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 3-hidroksi-4-metilantranilat

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi antibiotika aktinomicina kod Streptomyces antibioticus.
