Очеви оснивачи Сједињених Држава (енгл. Founding Fathers of the United States) или скраћено Очеви оснивачи, израз је који се користи за северноамеричке политичаре и државнике (Џорџ Вашингтон, Томас Џеферсон, Бенџамин Френклин, Џон Адамс, Александар Хамилтон, Џон Џеј и Џејмс Медисон) који су као водеће доносили кључне одлуке које су резултовале независношћу Тринаест колонија од Британске империје и њиховој трансформацији у федерацију данас познату под називом Сједињене Америчке Државе.

Поједини амерички историчари очеве осниваче деле на Осниваче (енгл. Founders) који су 1776. донели Декларацију о независности и Састављаче (енгл. Framers) који су на Филаделфијској конвенцији 1787. донели Устав САД. Израз „Очеви оснивачи“ је 1916. сковао Ворен Хардинг, тадашњи републикански сенатор из Охаја и будући председник САД.
