Twenty One Pilots (TWENTY ØNE PILØTS, shkurtesa TØP) është një duo grup muzikor amerikan nga Columbus, Ohio. Kjo bandë muzikore u formua në vitin 2009 nga Tyler Joseph së bashku me ish antarët e grupit Nick Thomas dhe Chris Salih, të cilët eventualisht u larguan më 2011, dhe tani përbëhet nga vokalisti kryesor (solisti) Tyler Joseph dhe bateristi Josh Dun. Duo-ja përjetoi famën pas vitit 2010, pas disa vitive të performimeve në vende të ndryshme të Amerikës.

Ata i publikuan vetë dy albume, "Twenty One Pilots" më 2009 dhe "Regional at Best" më 2011, para se të lidhnin kontratë me agjensinë muzikore "Fueled by Ramen", më 2012. Më 2013 doli në shitje "Vessel". Kjo duo arriti sukses tejet të madh me albumin e katërt, "Blurryface" (2015) me këngët "Stressed Out" dhe "Ride". Poashtu, kënga "Heathens" për filmin "Suicide Squad", i bëri "Twenty One Pilots" grupin e parë të zhanrit alternativ të kenë dy hite muzikore në Shtetet e Bashkuara.
