Voľby do Poslaneckej snemovne Parlamentu Českej republiky sa uskutočnili od 25. do 26. októbra 2013. Tieto parlamentné voľby boli predčasné. Ak by voľby neboli predčasné konali by sa v máji roku 2014. Dňa 20. augusta 2013 však poslanci prijali ústavné uznesenie o žiadosti prezidenta na rozpustenie Poslaneckej snemovne. Prezident Miloš Zeman rozpustil Poslaneckú snemovňu 28. augusta 2013.[1]

V týchto voľbách, rovnako ako vo voľbách predchádzajúcich, zvíťazila Česká strana sociálně demokratická so ziskom 20,45% a 50 mandátov. Na druhom mieste sa prekvapivo umiestnilo hnutie ANO 2011 so ziskom 18,65% a ziskom 47 kresiel. Tretia skončila Komunistická strana Čech a Moravy s takmer 15%. Za KSČM nasledovali bývalé vládne strany TOP 09 a Občanská demokratická strana. Do snemovne sa dostali aj strany Úsvit příme demokracie Tomia Okamury a KDU - ČSL.
