Nagatino i-Land

Nagatino i-Land je vedecko-technologický park v Moskve v Rusku. Komplex sa nachádza neďaleko centra hlavného mesta, 8 kilometrov južne od Kremľa, v blízkosti hlavnej cesty a stanice metra.

Výstavba Nagatino i-Land-u sa skladá z 5 etáp. Na ploche 32 hektárov bude celková zastavaná plocha dosahovať približne 1 milión štvorcových metrov. V súčasnosti je dokončená prvá fáza a pokračuje sa v ďalšej výstavbe. Dokončenie celého parku je plánované do 31. decembra 2013.[1]

Nagatino i-Land budú tvoriť kancelárske priestory, priemyselný park, výstavné centrum, konferenčné priestory, hotely, byty, fitnes centrum, reštaurácie, kaviarne, obchody a spotrebiteľské služby. Celkové náklady na projekt, boli ešte pred ekonomickou krízou odhadované na viac ako 2 miliardy dolárov.[1]
