Josef Lux (* 1. február 1956, Ústí nad Orlicí – † 22. november 1999, Seattle, Washington, USA) bol český politik 90. rokov 20. storočia.

Bol predsedom ČSL (neskôr KDU-ČSL) a ministrom poľnohospodárstva v niekoľkých vládach, po nežnej revolúcii poslancom Snemovne národov a Snemovne ľudu česko-slovenského Federálneho zhromaždenia, v 90. rokoch poslancom Poslaneckej snemovne Parlamentu Českej republiky.

24. septembra 1998 odstúpil zo zdravotných dôvodov (ťažká leukémia) zo svojich funkcií vrátane predsedníckeho postu v KDU-ČSL (ponechal si len poslanecký mandát). 24. septembra 1999 absolvoval v americkom Seattli transplantáciu kostnej drene. Operácia prebehla úspešne, ale objavili sa komplikácie, ktorým podľahol.

V roku 2000 mu bol in memoriam udelený Rad Tomáša Garrigua Masaryka II. triedy.
