XEV LTD (acronym for X-Electrical Vehicle or Xianggang Electric Vehicle) is an Italian-Hong Kong automobile manufacturer, founded in 2016 by Tik Lou [1] It is based in Turin and makes microcars. In 2021 the brand had 150 people,[2] and in 2019 they announced their vehicles would be made in Shanghai.[3]
