VinBus Ecology Transport Services LLC is a Vietnamese privately operated non-profit bus route network service founded in 2019.

History and Networks

VinBus was founded in 2019 by Vingroup, a Vietnamese Conglomerate.[1] the transit service started in March 2020, it has bus networks in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Haiphong and Phú Quốc City.[2]

In 2019, Vinbus announced VinFast was going to make 3.000 electric buses.[3]

The VinBus Electric Bus

In 2021, VinFast make an eletric bus called the VinBus Electric Bus. It has a low-floor.

It has a 281 kWh battery with a range of 260 km (160 miles), the bus uses fast-charging stations and it can charge in 2 hours.[4] the bus's batteries are provided by a joint venture between VinFast and LG Chiem and the other components are made by Siemens.
