Regarding Draft/Chemical polarity: the draft namespace doesn't exist here. If you want this to be a draft I recommend you move it to User:Fishsicles/Chemical polarity, or you could publish it as an article. Because categories are a way to group together similar articles, there is no need to create a new category for just one or two articles. If you are going through pages, it might be helpful to have a way to organise pages without uses. A {{maintenance category}} like Category:Chemical pages without uses would work. This could list pages that need these edits so people like me can find them and give them more details. I can start flagging the pages I categorise with this as well to mark them for later.
