I chose the name ThatNorthAmerican because I really like the different cultures, beautiful places, and rich history of North America. From the tall peaks of the Rocky Mountains to the busy cities like New York and Toronto, North America offers many different experiences. The Grand Canyon and the Great Lakes are just a few examples of the natural beauty found here. I am proud to be part of such a lively and inspiring region. Plus, where else can you find both the world's largest ball of string and the coolest moose statues?

I am a lively person who loves exploring new areas of knowledge and joining with the group. With a strong interest in many subjects, I am always happy to share ideas and work with others. Right now, I'm managing the busy but rewarding life of a PhD and JD student. Yes, I like to stay busy. When I'm not studying, you might find me collecting dad jokes or trying to teach my dog new tricks (hint: he’s still learning “fetch”).

I have studied at some great schools. I went to a Jesuit school, which not only gave a great education but also taught me a love for service and community. Now, I'm a happy student at both the University of Toronto and McGill University, working towards my PhD and JD. If you ever want to talk about the details of law or the latest school theories, I'm your person!

I have many interests that keep me curious and active. I love the symbols and history behind flags, which is why I'm a big fan of the Canadian flag. I'm also interested in the many flags of the U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Another fun hobby of mine is collecting license plates. Yes, you read that right – from the classic designs to the fun slogans, license plates are tiny pieces of art and history. So far, I’ve collected plates from all over North America!

I am now involved in several projects that cover different areas. As a PhD student, my research looks at the connections between law, policy, and technology. I'm also working on efforts to help people understand the law and get justice in underrepresented communities. Plus, I'm writing for school publications and presenting my research at different meetings. When I need a break, I enjoy writing stories or trying new recipes – my latest try was a "sure-fire" soufflé that, well, let's just say it had a lot of personality.

I have a passion for astrophysics, which is exploring the mysteries of the universe and understanding the laws that make celestial bodies. This passion is shown in my education interests and personal interests, making a strong curiosity and drive to uncover the secrets of the cosmos. From studying black holes to understanding the form of galaxies, my love for astrophysics is unwavering and inspires my mission for information!
