How are mountains formed?

normally when a mountain is formed by two tectonic plates being pushed together but here are some other ways :

1. where the ground has been pushed up (normally called a dome mountain)
2. where water or rain has pushed the ground in to a different piece of ground (usually called a plateau mountain)
3. where magma has come up threw a hole in the ground and then hardening (usually called a volcanic mountain)
