Hi, I am an inclusionist, which means that I think that rough drafts of articles are OK, because they get the article started. We can always improve a rough draft. Once the article is there, different people will pitch in to make it better.That said, I agree with deleting nonsense or hoax articles. I am editing from a cell phone, which makes it impossible to cut HTML paragraphs from Wikipedia.
