The Aquatic Mall

The Aquatic Mall, Pakistan is the first ever, state of the art oceanic themed shopping mall located at the heart of twin cities, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Designed by Mr. Kamal Sinan of a leading architectural firm Archentire.

Construction and history

Speccom Constructions, a subsidiary of Al Bari Group of Companies is responsible for the construction of the unique Aquatic themed mall. Upon completion, The Aquatic Mall will encompass over 39 Kanal and 9 Marla.

Features

Design

Current plans for The Aquatic Mall are centered around a one of a kind, towering cylindrical acrylic glass aquarium. Complemented by a colorful showcase of a variety of marine species. It will also have a mosque located adjacent to the mall inspired by Turkey's famous ‘Blue Mosque’.

Retail

The first five floors are dedicated to over 300 retail outlets as well as leading international fashion brands.

Leisure

14 floors of major entertainment and leisure complexes including an underwater tunnel, infinity pool, marine restaurant, cinemas, skywalk, and a water park.

Apartment & Shops

  • Shops are available on ground level, upper ground, mezzanine floor as well as on the 1st and 2nd floors with lucrative returns.
  • 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors are dedicated to food court, kids area and offices
  • Single beds, double beds and family size apartments with balcony lawn are available on the 7th and 8th  floor of The Aquatic Mall.
  • Deluxe suites are vacant on the 9th floor.
