Pan American World Airways Flight 154 was a flight on the Fort-de-France - Le Lamentin Airport, Martinique to Coolidge International Airport, Antigua route operated by Pan Am. On September 17, 1965, the Boeing 707-121B operating the route crashed into Chances Peak, Montserrat. All 30 crew and passengers were killed.[1]
