Template:Cite sbdb/doc

This template is a Citation Style 1 wrapper template based on {{Cite web}}. For centralised Citation Style 1 discussions, see Help talk:Citation Style 1.

This template is used to cite entries in the JPL Small Body Database.

• |title= The title of the entry. (mandatory)
• |id= The SPK-ID of the entry. (mandatory)
• |access-date= The date at which you accessed the JPL Small Body Database (optional). Alias: accessdate.

For example,

• {{cite sbdb |title=433 Eros (1898 DQ) |id=2000433 |access-date=2012-03-19}}

gives

• "433 Eros (1898 DQ)". JPL Small-Body Database. Jet Propulsion Laboratory. SPK-ID: 2000433. Retrieved 2012-03-19.

Orbit diagram

• |orbit= if set to yes, gives the orbit diagram of the object

For example,

gives

Close-approach data

• |cad= if set to yes, gives the close-approach data of the object
