Usage
This template takes up to four parameters:
- nba, for active National Basketball Association (NBA) players, the player's name as it appears after
http://www.nba.com/playerfile/in its NBA.com player page url - nba_historical, for former NBA player, the player's name as it appears after
http://www.nba.com/historical/playerfile/index.html?player=in its NBA.com player page url - bbr, for NBA or original American Basketball Association players, the id as it appears after
https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/and before.htmlin its Basketball-Reference.com player page url - dleague for NBA D-League players, the player's name as it appears after
http://www.nba.com/dleague/playerfile/and before/index.htmlin its NBA.com/dleague player page url
