What not to do
This page is, by our standards, almost completely unreadable, and quite unsuited to our target audience. If our readers wanted this level of technical detail they would go to English wiki, would they not? If they come here, they want a straightforward account in simple English. It should pick out the main features of the English wiki article and re-write them so our users can understand the topic.
A very competent person brought 70,000 KB over here and left it in this condition. It is an example of what should not be done. Suppose, instead, that the editor concerned had tried to explain TB to an intelligent 12-year-old, or to a patient. He would not get far with this sort of thing, and he would know it. - I took the oiginal intro, with references, and simplified it. In the case the GA from EnwP is brought over, this needs to be done in stages: bring over a small part and simplify.--Eptalon (talk) 10:59, 14 October 2012 (UTC)
