The majority of the citations on this Simple Wikipedia page do not match those on the main Wikipedia page. Many are irrelevant or insignificant. Consensus has already been made on the Gen X main page: the date range is 1965-1980 since 2019, along with the Millennials (1981-1996) and Generation Z (1997-2012). Consensus has also been made to include only governmental citations and the removal of those seen as unimportant and out-of-date.
