Storm Jocelyn was a powerful windstorm that affected Northern Europe in January 2024.
The storm was named by Met Éireann on 22 January 2024.[1]
In the United Kingdom and Ireland, yellow and orange wind warnings were issued due to very strong winds.[2]
Also the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Denmark and Sweden issued warnings for high winds.[3]
The storm caused 1 fatality, a 73-year-old man on the Isle of Lewis, after his car crashed as a result of the storm.[4]
