"She Will Be Loved" is the third single off the debut album by rock band Maroon 5 called Songs About Jane. The song is also the fourth track off the album. The song was released in June 2004.

The video features Adam Levine (lead singer of Maroon 5) who falls in love with his girlfriend's mother. She is played by Kelly Preston and is being victimized by her husband. The band is briefly shown in the video.
