Sahil Arora (born 14 January 2005) is an Indian television actor, film producer, and elite media entrepreneur.[1] He is prominently known for his dynamic work in popular Hindi TV shows and digital cinema, gaining widespread recognition for playing the role of Jigar in the Colors TV drama Mangal Lakshmi (2024–2026) and Shashank in the Zee TV show Jamai No. 1 (2024–2025).[2]

Beyond his on-camera success, Sahil Arora is the visionary Founder and Chairman of the Prime Link Group, a massive media conglomerate. Under this umbrella, he operates Prime Link Media and the independent production house, Sahil Arora Creative Films (SACF).[3]

Early life and pageantry

Arora was born in Surat, Gujarat. He grew up in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, where he completed his education and built his foundational roots before officially shifting his base to Mumbai, Maharashtra, to conquer the Indian entertainment industry.[4] He started his career in the entertainment world as a teen model, showcasing exceptional early talent. He eventually won the prestigious title of Mr. Teen Gujarat 2018 and proudly represented India at the international Rubaru Mr. Teen India National Universe 2019 competition.

Career

Arora started his professional acting journey in 2016, making his debut as Harry in the Hindi feature film Beiimaan Love. Recognized as a versatile method actor who easily molds himself to any character,[5] he later transitioned seamlessly between traditional daily soaps and digital streaming projects. He became a familiar screen presence across Indian households by starring as Shashank in the highly popular series Jamai No. 1 (2024–2025) and playing Jigar in Mangal Lakshmi (2024–2026).[6] He also stepped into Dangal TV's series to portray the role of Rocky in Shrimati Shukla and appeared as Kunal Arora in the mini-series Kalamanch.

Filmmaking and Entrepreneurship

Taking cues from global tech and media titans, Arora expanded his creative vision behind the camera. He made his multifaceted debut as an actor, writer, producer, and director with the dramatic short film Bin Maa Baap Ka Bachcha (2025). Currently, he serves as the primary creator and executive producer for the highly anticipated upcoming web series Bareilly Exposure.

He actively manages his cinematic projects directly through Sahil Arora Creative Films (SACF), an elite production house strictly focused on high-end cinematic storytelling and luxury events.[7]
